What can you do for your lymphatic system? Cupping therapy

As a child, I already had a problem with my lymphatic system, which is why my grandmother gave me massages on my arms and legs several times every week.

Did I eat a lot, and was I fat?

No, I ate much less than the kids nowadays.

Was I lazy, just sitting all the time?

Nope, I was a very active kid who loved to play and run a lot.

So why did my grandmother still make a massage for me?

As I had extra water in my body...

What can you do if you do not have a grandmother who can do it for you?

What can you do if you are an adult and do not have enough time to make your body healthier?

Several years ago, I had a very difficult period when I was graduating from Copenhagen Business School from HD1 in 2022. That time it was obligatory to make the final thesis in a group...

My two group mates were doing nothing, I did all the work, when I asked them a lot of time, to write at least a line or a page... or read a document, or summarize something.. they rejected...

It was stressful, and I asked the teacher if I could leave that group. I would write everything alone... as I do not need people who are liars...

That time, I gained a lot of weight in a very short time... they punished me extra for leaving the group.

They humiliated me extra...

So finally I gained more than 16kg in 1 month thanks to CBS and their students... and teacher...

I do not think it should be part of a normal educational system... but I am just a Hungarian...

What did I do to get better and not end up dead?

I ordered several books from Germany about how to fix my lymphatic system.

I started to eat a lot of spicy food, and make massage again.

I also have a special leg compressor to reduce edema in my legs...

I used to go to the sauna and then do cupping on my legs, and arms...

And here it is, we arrived at the Cupping therapy, which is an ancient form of alternative medicine.

Where did people traditionally practice cupping or lymphatic massage?

Primarily in Asia but also in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Let me recommend a good book about cupping:
